I have so many headcanons about him and why he is as cruel as he is, and most stem from his abusive father and the death of the one person he's ever loved (his deceased wife, the woman in the picture).
Jiemma here is 28, about to turn 29.
And Juno is 17.
Juno was a celestial mage and barmaid, with no real high social status, much to Arkin's (Jiemma's father) endless disapproval.
